The Community Health Center  is pleased to announce the expansion of its services to better serve the community’s healthcare needs. The clinic now offers Urgent Care walk-in medical services.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 7:45 am – 4:30 pm
Who: All ages and new patients welcome

Mason City Urgent Care Services: 
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 4:30 pm
Who: All ages and new patients welcome

Eagle Grove Urgent Care Services:

Hours: Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Who: All ages and new patients welcome
