At Community Health Center, we offer comprehensive eye exams to meet your vision needs. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans, including EyeMed and Avesis, with a sliding fee scale available for eligible patients. An optical technician will assist you throughout your visit, and an optometrist will perform your exam. Currently, appointments are available at our Fort Dodge and Mason City locations.
