Rebecca Pearce

Rebecca Pearce is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families of all ages. She brings more than 25 years of nursing experience, much of it serving patients in rural, critical access hospitals across Iowa.
Rebecca began her nursing career after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa, in 2001. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including labor and delivery, medical-surgical units, and family practice.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University in 2020 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in 2025. Rebecca is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her professional interests include family-centered care, women’s health, and pediatrics.
Rebecca and her husband, Greg, have four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, quilting, and reading.
