Desiree Diemer

Desiree Diemer joined Community Health Center of Fort Dodge in January 2026 as a mental health therapist. She graduated with her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from Northwestern University, Evanston. Desiree is trained in cognitive behavioral, integrated family systems and trauma-informed therapy practices. She approaches therapy from a non-judgmental, trauma-focused, developmental lens. She specializes in working with children and diverse populations, including but not limited to those with autism spectrum disorder and/or ADHD. In her free time, Desiree enjoys spending time with her son, cooking, being outdoors, watching football and reading.
