Katie Riehl

Katie joined Community Health Center of Fort Dodge in January 2023. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she sees children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. She has been a nurse for 11 years and has worked in a variety of areas like ED, OB, Medical surgical, mental health and has been a transitional health nurse. She began her education at Iowa Central Community College obtaining her ADN in 2011 followed by her BSN from Chamberlain University in 2017. She completed her master’s degree in psychiatric mental health from Walden University in 2022.

Katie grew up in Nebraska and moved to Iowa about 20 years ago. She enjoys spending time reading books, playing darts and of course with her husband and four children.
