Fort Dodge Welcomes New Dentist, Dr. Samuel Kang

Fort Dodge, IA— Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is pleased to welcome Dr. Samuel Kang, DDS, to its growing dental team. 

Dr. Kang brings with him a strong foundation in clinical excellence and a heart for service. A native of Korea who moved to the United States during middle school, Dr. Kang earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York. 

Before joining CHC, Dr. Kang served for four years as a dental officer in the United States Navy, with assignments in San Diego, California and Great Lakes, Illinois. His military background has shaped his approach to care—combining precision, professionalism, and a deep respect for his patients’ needs. 

At Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Dr. Kang will serve as a general dentist, providing comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. He is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and is eager to become an active part of the Fort Dodge community. 

Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is a federally qualified health center providing medical, dental, behavioral health, optical and pharmacy services to residents of Fort Dodge and surrounding areas. Community Health Center is open to all regardless of insurance status. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most major insurance and offer a sliding-fee scale for those who qualify based on income and household size.
