Fort Dodge, IA — Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is pleased to announce the addition of Rebecca Pearce, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C

Pearce is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings more than 25 years of nursing experience to the organization. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients of all ages, with many of those years spent serving rural communities at critical access hospitals across Iowa. 

Pearce began her healthcare career after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa, in 2001. Over the years, she gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, including labor and delivery, medical-surgical care, and family practice nursing. 

She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University in 2020 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2025. Pearce is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and provides care for patients of all ages, with special interests in family-centered care, women’s health, and pediatrics. 

Pearce and her husband, Greg, have four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, quilting, and reading.
