Mason City, IA — Community Health Center of Mason City is pleased to announce that Mindy Struthoff-Conway, PMHNP-BC, has joined its Behavioral Health team, expanding access to high-quality psychiatric care for patients throughout North Central Iowa. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Mindy is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and looks forward to serving individuals and families throughout north central Iowa. 

Mindy provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment for patients ages 10 and older experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. She is passionate about empowering patients through personalized treatment that supports lasting mental wellness and improved quality of life. 

Mindy earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from North Iowa Area Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Allen College, specializing in psychiatric mental health care. 

Throughout her career, Mindy has cared for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in both acute and outpatient settings. Her experience across a variety of care environments allows her to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
