The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Inc. is excited to announce a special partnership with Applebee’s for Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in Fort Dodge and Tuesday, December 9, 2024 in Mason City! Applebee’s will donate 25% of all food and beverage sales to support the critical needs of CHCFD’s patients, including nominal fees, prescriptions, transportation, and other essential healthcare-related expenses. Whether you’re in Fort Dodge or Mason City, you can support the cause by enjoying a meal at Applebee’s and mentioning this fundraiser.
Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, with locations in Fort Dodge, Mason City, Dayton, Eagle Grove, and Clarion, serves all people, regardless of payment type or background. We accept most insurances and have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
“Healthcare costs can be a significant burden, and many of our patients face challenges in affording even basic medical services. This fundraiser will directly impact their ability to access the care they need to stay healthy. By dining at Applebee’s, you’re helping us ensure that finances are not a barrier to good health,” says CEO Renae Kruckenberg.
The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the community by providing affordable and accessible healthcare services. In addition to core medical, dental, and behavioral health services, CHCFD offers a sliding fee scale and has a financial advocate to assist with eligibility and enrollment for insurance coverage. The Center also has a social worker to help connect patients to community resources.
The event at Applebee’s will take place on December 3, 2024 in Fort Dodge, and on December 9, 2024 in Mason City, all day. The public is encouraged to participate by dining in or ordering takeout and mentioning the fundraiser. 25% of all food and beverage sales will be donated to Community Health Center of Fort Dodge to support local patients. In addition to dining at Applebee’s, supporters can also contribute directly to the cause by making a monetary donation to the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge.
