Community Health Center is proud to participate in Giving Tuesday, December 2, 2025, joining millions around the world in a Global Movement of Generosity. Celebrated annually on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Giving Tuesday encourages individuals, businesses, and organizations to give back and support meaningful causes within their communities.
Community Health Center serves patients across Fort Dodge, Mason City, Dayton, Eagle Grove, Clarion, and Spencer. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, CHC provides access to quality healthcare for everyone—regardless of insurance status, income, or background. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
“For many of our patients, financial barriers can make accessing basic healthcare difficult,” said Renae Kruckenberg, CEO. “Giving Tuesday provides an opportunity for our community to come together in support of those who need it most. Every contribution helps ensure that cost does not stand in the way of receiving essential medical care.”
Funds raised through Giving Tuesday will support CHC patients who need assistance with nominal fees, prescriptions, transportation, and other necessary health-related expenses. These donations directly impact individuals and families who rely on Community Health Center for accessible, affordable care.
Our Fort Dodge & Mason City locations are partnering with Applebee’s for Giving Tuesday and they will donate 25% of all food and beverage sales to support the essential needs of CHC patients.

- Dine-in or take-out at Applebee’s in Mason City or Fort Dodge. Make sure to mention the Giving Tuesday fundraiser for Community Health Center to your server.

- Drop-Off: Donations may also be delivered to any of our locations during regular business hours.
