The Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation, in partnership with the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Prevent Blindness Iowa, and the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, is hosting a free vision clinic on June 19–20, 2025, at Butler Elementary School in Fort Dodge.
This clinic will provide free eye exams and prescription glasses to hundreds of adults and children. Most participants in need of glasses will receive them the same day, thanks to on-site manufacturing provided by the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation’s mobile clinic model.
✅ Who Is Eligible?
• Ages 4 and up (Priority will be given to adults)
• Individuals who do not have another way to access vision care

👀 What to Expect:
• Plan to spend up to 2 hours at the clinic
• You’ll receive a full eye exam
• If glasses are needed, you’ll select frames and — in most cases — receive your new glasses on the same day
