Community Health Center of Eagle Grove offers Extended Back-to-School Clinic Hours on July 20, 2026 

Community Health Center of Eagle Grove will offer extended Back-to-School extended clinic hours on Monday, July 20 from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM to help families complete their children’s required healthcare appointments before the new school year begins. 

During the extended clinic hours, children can receive the healthcare services they need before returning to school, all in one convenient visit. Free services include: 

• Well-Child Checks 

• Sports Physicals 

• Immunizations 

• Dental Exams 

Families can complete multiple back-to-school healthcare requirements in a single trip, helping save time and ensuring students are prepared for the start of the school year.  

“Back-to-School preparation is an important time for families, and we want to help make sure students have access to the care they need before the school year begins,” said Renae Kruckenberg, CEO of Community Health Center of Fort Dodge. “By offering extended hours, we are giving families more flexibility to schedule important healthcare appointments and helping ensure children are healthy and ready for a new school year.” 

Families are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling Community Health Center of Eagle Grove at 515-293-8111. Walk-ins will also be welcome during the extended clinic hours on July 20.
