Spencer, IA—Beehler joins team at Community Health Center of Spencer 

Julie Beehler, ARNP is a South Dakota native who has called Spencer home since 2000. With 18 years of experience, Julie has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in both emergency and primary care. She also was part of the team that helped establish the Greater Sioux Community Health Center in Sioux Center, now known as Promise Community Health Center. 

“We are thrilled to announce that Julie Beehler, ARNP is joining our team! To have a provider that not only has worked in the community health center setting, but who has been part of starting one before is an unbelievable asset to us and the community” said Renae Kruckenberg CEO, Community Health Center. 

Julie will provide primary medical care to patients of all ages, including acute, preventive, and chronic care. The clinic will also offer urgent care services Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting March 31. 

In addition to medical services, the health center will provide dental care. Patients may begin scheduling dental appointments on Monday, April 7, with services starting Tuesday, April 22. Behavioral health services are also planned to begin at the end of April. 

The clinic is currently hiring and has open positions for dental assistant, dental hygienist and patient and community navigators.
